It's all Relative

John and Georgia Hendrix-Peters lived and raised six boys in Independence Missouri. This would be my dad, Bob, and his brothers. My observation of these brothers was that they were all bigger than life. Their relationships were always fun and full of joy. Granted I usually saw them all together once a year on Thanksgiving, but to me it was what family is about. Four of the six sang together that was always a high light of our gatherings. These special men grew up in the 20's 30's and 40's, time were hard. The love they had for their dad, mother and one another lives on.
