Jacob "Jett" and James H. are brother's. James H. is Georgia Hendrix-Peters father. The boys father is Jacob Hendrix 1823-1888. Jacobs father was John 1795-1843. Jon's father is Jacob 1764-1824. That is as far back as I have with the Hendrix men. The baby girl in Will Kirkendalls arm's died 18 days later.

This is John Fletcher Tree 1844-1936 and Ann Eliza Rogers 1847-1924. My great-great grandpa John Henry Peters married Elizabeth Yokom. Elizabeth's sister Phoebe J. Yokom-Tree. John is one of the first links I found to Woodstock, Ontario Canada. My great grandpa Jerome Peters was born in Woodstock Canada.

Pappy died when I was 3 years old, 1959. I don't remember him at all, but I do remember the stories I've been told. I imagined him as a very kind, gentle and soft spoken person. The picture above was taken at the Butler Manufacturing Plant. Pappy did a clog or wooden shoe dance.
